I messaged them and they sent instructions on how to reset the phone in start up mode.. Phone no longer does it, has good signal strength, a very reasonable camera, microphone and speaker, battery power for about a day and a half of light use.. BUT Will not connect with ring Doorbell systems due to problems with phone Android software. Overall not bad for the price..
