Item arrived promptly after ordering. Unfortunately it would appear it was damaged in transit as the box arrived all broken. As a result, the sensor part of the bin was malfunctioning, opening randomly, then getting stuck on open.
I spoke to customer service Max who replied swiftly. Max provided some advice to reset the sensor, however this did not resolve the problem. He then quickly sent out a replacement. Arrived today, all working great! Thank you! Would buy again from M-director. A* serv.
