    Get yourself going

    I am 63 and take per Dr. Metamucil, but I hate the taste of it, so I get the capsules. I have taken 5 capsules 1 or 2 times a day with 1 capful of Miralax in juice. That keeps me going everyday with no problems. I don't want to wear a bag on my side, so I do what the doctor says, as my colonoscopy had a diverticulosis. That is different that diverticulitis, as itis is the irritation of the colon, and losis is the beginning of a bad thing that can happen if I don't change. I have pockets in my colon, but not compacted or irritated as long as I take care of myself. Don't get where I am or worse. Keep yourself regular and not constipated. Metamucil and Miralax everyday will keep the doctor away. This website gave me a wonderful price. It was like getting 2 for 1. I will always buy from this ...

    Great Product

    I suffer from IBS-D and this is the only product that has ever worked for me. I’ve taken different prescription meds over the years that didn’t work. I did some research and found that it can help some people (not everyone) with IBS-D, so I tried it with great success. My doctor approved. I have far fewer flares since I started taking it every day. It’s all natural & easy to take capsules. I highly recommend it.

    Lower Dietary Fiber, good product, may have to take more.

    My wife has taken this product for a long time and it has worked well for her. She had me order a new bottle and the Dietary Fiber changed from 3g to 2g. She told me she may have to take extra tablets for it to for her.
