Item arrived promptly after ordering. Unfortunately it would appear it was damaged in transit as the box arrived all broken. As a result, the sensor part of the bin was malfunctioning, opening randomly, then getting stuck on open. I spoke to customer service Max who replied swiftly. Max provided some advice to reset the sensor, however this did not resolve the problem. He then quickly sent out a replacement. Arrived today, all working great! Thank you!     Well worth the price, easy to operate.

    Due to the publicity I was concerned it wasn't as good as it sounded. Although I've only used it a few times the food has cooked well and to a very good standard. It's still early days as I haven't tried baking cakes etc but shall look forward to the challenges.

    Cooks well, but remembering to mix food during cooking process ( we tip into a roasting tray and mix takes about 5 secs) as delicate items in the basket may get damaged.
