This is quite clearly a scam. The eye mask has arrived but it's not a Halo branded eye mask as advertised and is clearly not one made by them but a cheap copy (see picture). The company had also not put enough money for postage on the parcel so I had to pay an extra £1.50 to receive it. I've complained and received a refund but I've not been refunded the £1.50 extra charge for delivery. Ebay should not allow them to sell on their platform.
