Sent out item knowing it was faulty.. they then tried to claim the broken bit wasn’t supposed to be included, despite saying it is in the title and description in the listing. Constantly ignored messages until eBay had to stepped in.

I sent you 3 return labels and said return for a refund , I literally couldn’t do anymore for you … it wasn’t faulty and if it was you had 3 return labels which you decided not to use then asked for partial refund ?! If part was faulty why would you want to keep it ??

Item was broken you even said you knew about it, I guess that just shows how much you lie. 2 return labels were under the weight of the item.. you know this because I told you! I asked for a partial refund to save anymore hassle and to help you out but yet again you just ignored me!! I’ll be returning it tomorrow tho don’t you worry. Absolute joke I really don’t know what this seller expected. AVOID at all costs
