explaining it’s the wrong size and wrong iPhone 11 case and now having to let eBay asses and make a decision all company is doing is not returning my messages, the company even asked for me to send information from the settings within my iPhone (which I sent to verify they had sent wrong cover) but now nothing, customer service apparently none existent, this was a case for a child’s birthday, in my opinion it’s unacceptable,
