The tripod was new and even comes with it's own sleek, good looking box! However it doesn't have much wind resistance and it tends to pop your phone out due to the phone mount being spring loaded. If you could make this exact tripod but with the screw mount, so you can really lock your phone in, you would have the best product out there!
