Some lovely recipes in this book Easy to follow and uses sensible, easily obtained store cupboard ingredients. Nice pictures and easy to follow instructions. Also gives useful calorie indicator per portion. One of the best recipe books I have come across. My family has enjoyed all of the recipes I have tried.

As buyer I have recently seen some reruns of older JAMIE tv programs. I have always been a JAMIE fan. The end recipient, a dear friend living in South Africa, is exceptionally pleased with their present. Sadly a lack of competition in South Africa means the cost there is absurdly high. I read some 40 pages of this book and found it easy reading, easy to understand, and I now know well read around the world.
