Complete lies, These buyers told me they would let me know in morning when they set off, they had my number & could message on eBay but I heard nothing from them all morning, So I messaged them again on eBay asking if they have set off, I heard nothing from them, So I went out (As I've had buyers in the past not turning up & wasting my days) They eventually did arrive later in day & called me, They started to swear on phone* and told me to cancel order (*I have reported them to eBay for this)

Unfortunately a crucial part went awol somewhere, the seller dealt with it very professionally and offered total or partial refund to cover return or replacement of missing part.
