I was dubious of this as thinking surely post office doesn’t do returns for free! Anyhow i reluctantly posted it back as instructed. Now they say won’t refund until item received which I now doubt the post office will do. Feel scammed on this return. Don’t fall for this trick. In fact avoid seller as they seem both incompetent and dishonest.
