    I received the item safely wrapped up and in good condition the only issue was the figure had a slight factory defect I contacted the seller they were very helpful and accepted a return I gave it to the post office to send back but unfortunately they didn't wrap it properly I should have wrapped safely myself to be honest because it got damaged on the way back anyway the seller was kind enough to refund the cost of the item they were very patient about the whole situation a very good seller:)
