I thought item didn't arrive... seller was super responsive and even proactively reached out to ask for status update when they didn't hear from me for a few days. Seller even responded to a question on Christmas day!!! WAY above and beyond... Turns out it was TOTALLY my mistake (item arrived on time as promised, just in a box that I didn't recognize so didn't open awaiting Xmas to see if it was an unexpected gift). Item is exactly as advertised, and seller's response to my concerns was STELLAR.

This seller claimed that this overly cushioned toy comprised of small wires and a small battery box inside of several inches of foam and fabric was damaged in route. This cushioned toy arrived in a perfectly square box with no signs of mishandling or damage. Seller harassed me with requests of videos and pictures claiming it was Damaged in route. “Impossible!” This seller should not be trusted.

The buyer wanted a refund but refused to send evidence of the nonworking toy. I simply needed evidence that the toy was damaged to process the refund. My communications were always polite and respectful.
