This neck tie is a TV Land, Viacom International, CBS Broadcasting, hand made silk tie.  The character James West, played by Robert Conrad, is pictured dressed in a green suite and black cowboy hat.  The tie has a black background patterned with fading red criss-cross diagonal lines.   This is a standard length tie which is 56 inches long and 4 inches wide at the bottom.
