I ordered 2 liners for my baskets making sure they were the correct size. They arrived and on fitting them in they were of such poor quality and far too small. I was really upset as they weren't cheap and had to use both in one basket which just about holds the soil. I have contacted the seller but up until now have had no response.

Paid £7 extra because the seller sent parcel without postage, another £4 to return as no return label sent. Got a refund of original payment, seller has the curtains back, I’m £11 out of pocket. Poor communication, bad quality. Avoid

The curtains sent were genuine good quality Ikea Lill Curtains as sold numerous to satisfied customers. I requested proof of postage she paid £7 to royal mail but I received no proof. Responsibility lies with customer on return if they simply have changed mind on item instead making excuses that it is bad quality expecting a free return.
