Not the best experience. The seller sold the item "brand new" with no photos in the listing, turns out it wasn't brand new and the seller tested it after he sold it and didn't work and he had to refund me. But I didn't get my full refund amount. Had to call eBay to resolve it. Wasted a lot of time unfortunately. Wish the item was working & I didn't have to spend more time just to get my full refund. The seller chose the wrong reason on the return as well blaming it on me, manipulative and untrue

This buyer sent aggressive messages demanding $3 from me when eBay gave him a slightly smaller refund from the purchase price due to exchange rate fluctuations. I referred him to eBay as I had processed a full refund from my side and there was nothing more I could do on my side. He left negative feedback because he was upset he didn’t get to purchase this item which was tested as faulty before despatch. I saved him and myself a lot of hassle by being honest about the defect and refunded him.
