The seller had listed the Bmw M54b25 Disa valve as M54b30 3.0 disa valve. Upon receiving the item it turned out to be M54b25 one.. which is obviously not compatible with the 3.0 engine.. where as he has listed another part from the same car with the correct M54b25 description. He has since taken responsibility and refunded the money.. the return label for postage has been expired from ebay.. so i have payed myself and returned the item back to the seller. Having had to go twice to post it..

Customer was sent a miss labelled item due to a mistake. Customer made me aware of this and a full refund, including shipping, was issued as soon as I was aware of the issue. Customer did not precede to contact me about a lack of a printer to print shipping label, without contact took matters into his own hands, and payed for shipping by himself.
Customer also preceded to vent about fuel and parking expenses, while his grievances were taken into considerations, no further action was taken.
