APPLICABLE DISCIPLINE
The purchase of coins made through the portal by the Customer is governed by these General Conditions, as well as by Legislative Decree 70/2003 and Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumption Code").
1. Definitions
In addition to the other terms defined in these general sales terms, the following terms and their terms are valid for both the singular and the plural:
DISTANCE AGREEMENT: The contract for goods and services contracted by Silver Coins PIR, which for this contract only uses one or more distance communication techniques until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.
Silver Coins PIR: indicates Silver Coins PIR company Pavel Rusev, St. Vela Piskova 5A, Tutrakan 7600, Bulgaria, BG207645831
CUSTOMER: indicates the physical person who, in relation to the distance contract, acts for purposes other than those relating to the business or professional activity that may have taken place.
PRODUCTS: indicates the goods sold by Silver Coin PIR to the customer indicated in the order confirmation and having the features and qualities described on the site.
PARTS: Indicates Silver Coins PIR and Customer together.
CONTRACT: Indicates the agreement, governed by these general terms of sale, concluded between Silver Coins PIR and the customer following acceptance by Silver Coins PIR of the order confirmation, under which Silver Coins PIR is committed to deliver to the customer the products, according to the terms and conditions specified below.
ORDER CONFIRM: indicates the acceptance of the customer, forwarded to Silver Coins PIR by electronic mail, the unit price of the product (ie the total price of the products, when purchasing more goods), shipping costs, features and the quality of the product (s) and the provisions contained in these general conditions of sale.
2. Contract
Receipt by Silver Coins PIR of the order confirmation, transmitted by the customer via electronic transmission, determines the conclusion of the contract.
Upon termination of the contract, Silver Coins PIR undertakes to provide the customer with the products, under the terms and conditions set forth in these general terms of sale, subject to the power of the Silver Coins PIR not to order orders against subjects who do not give sufficient solvency guarantees.
Forwarding the order confirmation, therefore, implies the full knowledge and acceptance of the customer of these general conditions of sale as well as further information contained in the web pages of the site recalled and linked by links.
Upon completion of the contract with receipt of the order confirmation by Silver Coins PIR, the latter will send to the customer an e-mail containing the details of the relevant order (prices, quantities and product features).
3. Statements
The products are depicted and made visible on the site accurately and corresponding to the features actually possessed. The products may have slight differences from those seen in photos, especially when using official photo catalogs generated on the computer and not representing a real object. Silver Coins PIR, in any case, can not guarantee the exact match to reality in relation to images and colors as they appear on the customer monitor.
The parties mutually acknowledge that products displayed on the site may no longer be available or available for sale when the user accesses the site and that their prices may be subject to upgrades.
4. Payments
The payment of the product price and the related shipping costs must be made by the consumer through one of the methods provided on the site.
5. Shipment
For the specific delivery methods of the products, see the shipping section, the provisions of which are an integral and substantial part of these general sales conditions and are therefore considered to be fully recognized and accepted by the customer at the time of the order confirmation.

Prices are deemed to be final, including VAT where applicable or with unexpended VAT (margin scheme). Pavel Rusev's Silver Coins PIR will regularly tax each sale through the record on the fee list or, if required, by issuing an invoice. The invoice must be requested at the time of purchase order pursuant to and for the effects of article 22 of the D.P.R. 26-10-1972 N. 633; the issue of the invoice is not mandatory unless requested by the customer no later than the time of the transaction.
For almost all proposed objects, VAT is deducted under the margin scheme in accordance with D.L. 41/1995 Art. 38 First paragraph, 1st period; so in this case the invoice does not constitute a title for the reimbursement or for the deduction of the tax even if the buyer does so in the course of business.
9. Greater force
In the event of a case of force majeure, the defaulting party will immediately inform the other party.
10. Legal Notes
For any dispute, the Competent Bureau is the Consumer Residency (or domicile).
11. Applicable law
The contract is subject to bulgarian law.
12. Acceptance of sales conditions
With the purchase declared to accept fully and without any reservation, all the terms of sale here published.
13. Passing the risk
The risk of loss or damage to property, for cause not attributable to Silver Coins PIR, is transferred to the consumer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him, is different from the carrier, physically entering the possession of the goods as established art. 63 D.lgs. 206/2005, drafted by D.lgs. 21/2014.
The Silver Coins PIR company informs the user of the consumer qualification referred to in art. 3, paragraph 1, lett. (a) of the Consumer Code, which established a European platform for online resolution of consumer disputes (Cd. ODR platform). The ODR platform can be consulted at the following address: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/; Through the ODR platform, the consumer user will be able to consult the list of ADR bodies, find the link to each of them and initiate an on-line dispute resolution procedure in which he is involved.
