Dreadful seller. Item received in a flimsy little bag, and was ripped open on one side. Pointed this out to seller but she did not even apologise for the inadequate packaging and tried to make out I was only looking to return the item. She was unpleasant and refused to accept a return and made accusations against me.

Ebay removed that feedback for inappropriate comments. You claimed package was ripped on receipt from Royal Mail. You demanded a partial refund then raised an item not as described case claiming the new grey mail bag was not satisfactory, nothing to do with the item which was fine. I accepted, you were refunded, eBay found in my favour.
