Sender tried to use Media Mail shipping on a item that wasn't qualify for Media Mail Shipping to save money, package got hold up about a week for inspection, item was open and now is a open item (technically not new anymore as it was described), box was smash/damage and it did some damage to item box.seller should just had payed for regular shipping and to avoid all this problems.
