The item never came due to delivery company delivering it to wrong address. Seller was helpful however still didn’t receive this item and eBay never issued a refund. Sadly a terrible experience. Not the sellers fault.

I am unable to leave neutral feedback and Positive is not relevant. I worked really hard to resolve this positively for my buyer. The delivery company admitted that it was delivered to the wrong address, I pursued them for their parcel cover several times in order to refund my buyer but to no avail. I will not use that company again!
