Despite the huge number of pictures available, the actual product received wasn't New Mint. Neither was the packaging anything commensurate of the packaging costs or more importantly the corresponding value of the actual purchased product. If you spend a lot of money, you expect a certain level of service. This isn't a slam. I have just had better results and experiences both for individual comics bought and for the presentations on the whole and exceeding all expectations from other retailers.
