    Pre workout /Fat burner

    Strong effective product coupled with low carb diet and taken as suggested will yield quick results. Very good as pre workout but take on empty tummy for full effect.

    Sickness

    I start by saying that this is a very personal review based on my experience. I have received the capsules the other day and started to take them yesterday. I started as per instructions so I took 2 just 30 mins before workout. I did my workout and straight after that I had a very uncomfortable and strong sense of nausea which lasted throughout the day. I had to take other 2 as per instructions before 5pm. I couldn't. All day with nausea and shaking. This morning I tried with only 1 capsule. Did my workout and again the nausea and the shaking are back. Sorry but for me isn't a good product at all and therefore I would not recommend it.

    Good so far

    Seems to be working so far so would recommend as an extra boost for weight loss, but exercise and diet will 100% speed this process up. Wouldn't expect these to work 100% on their own or be as effective. Have definitely helped me keep weight off when I've had a bad week.
