I contacted the seller 3 times and he answered 2 times and that was enough, and his statement was that the manufacturer is bosh so it cannot be faulty. I wanted to return it to him, but the seller does not communicate anymore. The amount for the goods was over £130. So once again I DO NOT RECOMMEND
