    Complicated setup

    Good points: This monitor seems to work well; clear display; the transmitter is able to transmit its signal to the receiver 5m away through 2 thick walls; has detailed data entry capability to setup running expense based on tariffs; has provision for multiple tariffs (e.g. economy 7). Bad points: The setup is very complicated; the instruction manual is incomplete and poorly written (I am an engineer, so had to guess the outcome); setting up the device is key as otherwise you will be reading garbage data; my unit was pre-programmed for US and Canada, no UK which would have helped.
