I ordered a beautiful and rare French Era Ben Wade Calabash. Shipping was swift and it was well packaged. Unfortunately, upon opening, I discovered there was a Crack through the shank of the pipe. I contacted the seller and they were very quick to respond, very good customer service! We negotiated the issue and I was issued a partial refund to keep and attempt to repair the pipe myself. These things happen sometimes, what makes it a positive experience is the final outcome. 5 stars!
