Excellent value antique teaset. Signs of wear and tear clearly marked in advance. Human error in the postal address, but very quickly resolved with no quibbles. Highly recommend the seller.

The hat arrived very crushed in a really small box, crushable hats should be folded not jammed into a box that's too small for several days. The very faded patch and oil stain were not mentioned. It was bought for a canoeing hat, but I had to send it back as the rim was bent etc. The seller accepted a return and full refund for which I am grateful, but he was rude about it and called me a 'time waster'!
