Seller's communication and customer service are top notch: The package was lost in the mail and then arrived ripped open with one of the two books damaged—all at the fault of USPS and not the seller. Communicating back and forth, we agreed on a refund amount, which was put in right away. The whole situation was actually pretty stress free as the seller is reasonable and level-headed. They are also reasonable with best offers and negotiating prices. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
