When a devastatingly powerful new weapons system, designed by James McCullen, is attacked in transit by the evil Baroness, it's clear that something bad is afoot. Thankfully, the finest of America's finest, the GI Joes, are on hand to repulse the attempted theft. But it's not long before the shadowy terrorist organisation Cobra mounts another, more successful, raid and hightails it with the missiles. Luckily, one of the Joes, Duke recognises the Baroness, giving the goodies the lead they need to track down the baddies before too much damage can be done - though not before many explosions, a double-crossing and a major Parisian landmark is wiped off the face of the Earth...
