In WAZ a serial killer stalks the dark city streets, depositing horrifically mutilated bodies, etched with the WAZ equation into the flesh. Hot on the killer's trail is Detective and his rookie partner who unearth the equation's chilling meaning. Spanish horror film REC employs the 'amateur' handheld camera technique to create a heightened sense of realism and terror. A TV reporter, her cameraman and a fire crew battle to escape an infected appartment building, where the residents are seemingly possessed and rabidly aggressive.
