  • A terrific example of a good low budget science fiction film from the 1980s

Hell Comes To Frogtown has one of the all-time great film titles and is a terrific little science fiction b-movie from the 1980s. I was lucky to pick up a copy on ebay for a very reasonable price and did not regret it. Wrestling legend Roddy Piper stars as Sam Hell, one of the last fertile men left on a post-apocalyptic earth, who is sent to Frogtown to rescue a group of fertile men from unpleasant mutated frog people. The film doesn't take itself too seriously, is very entertaining and has some good action scenes that take place at times as well. I've wanted to see Hell Comes To Frogtown for years, and am glad that I now own a copy of it at last. Recommended to all.
