    excellent dvd cover

    Before my favourite classic tv series of that name, i like the original film version with good underwater photography and stuff, a good ordinary sci-fi flick. Many ta!

    Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea DVD

    This comes from the heyday of science fiction movies, the 1950's and 60's and Irwin Allen's production of this early "Disaster Movie" is imaginative and colourful. The characters are not convincing and the nakedly commercial addition to the cast of the pop icon Frankie Avalon and his showcase performance with Barbara Eden are cheesy.Great popcorn stuff!

    Nostalgic Entertainment

    Good for nostalgic entertainment or for those with an interest in early special fx techniques. At the time of this films release it was good but obviously looks a little dated these days when compared to newer similar movies.
