Four years into the journey and still no closer to home
Four years in and this is the best series so far. Still light years away from home, Starfleet finally learns that the crew of Voyager are still alive and doing everything they can to get home. The effects are sharper, the sets more stunning and the crew firmly lodged in our hearts. The storylines are fantastic and with the passing of each episode, we are left gasping for more. Seven-of-Nine finally lands and Kes finally takes off and she masters her wondrous abilities; giving the crew of Voyager a perfect gift. Season highlights include the wrenching of Seven’s Borg roots and the attendant complications. ‘Year of Hell’ sees Voyager battling against the time-bending Krenim. ‘Killing game’ sees the Hirogen Hunters taking over Voyager and engaging the crew in constant conflicts from Kligon ... So you can expect action, adventure, love, mystery and seduction in Voyager’s forth year of trying to get back home. Also in season 4 there is over an hour of exciting special features including: Making of; actor’s reflections – 7of9 and Harry Kim; the birth of 8472 plus many more.
