This seller did everything right, but the USPS delivered the item broken, in 5 pieces. This isn’t the first (or likely,sadly, the last) item I’ve received destroyed by the USPS. When I contacted the seller I received fabulous customer service and a prompt refund. Besides being broken by USPS, the item was just as described. It arrived promptly and in time for Christmas, which I appreciated. It’s unfortunate this special mug was destroyed but it doesn’t take away that this is an A1 seller.
