A "Black" bag was listed and purchased - A "Blue" bag was sent, Im in the USA, it just doesn't make sense to return a bag to Japan. I would think for a $200 back pack the seller would get it right. I mean, if I wanted a blue $200 back pack, I would have bought a blue $200 back pack
I will say the seller did respond and say I could return it (after my second email), but 2+ weeks to get to me, 1-2 weeks to return (and the costs) - and the 2+ weeks for me to get another bag - just not realistic.
