Cons - very slow communication which tends to be generic and promises much but delivers little, heavy book was sent in a jiffy bag and arrived damaged, had to get Ebay involved to action the promised partial refund. Summary - 'pile it high and sell it cheap' organisation which is unable to provide efficient customer service and makes the mistake of not packaging books correctly. Will not buy from them again.

    Excellent study aid for APM PMQ exam

    Bought this book to help with my APM PMQ BoK7 exam resit. Wish I had bought it 1st time around as it really explained project management, while also covering the specific Assessment Criteria required by APM. Like others stated there are a few 'typos' but I can get over this as the main purpose of my purchase was to gain sufficient knowledge to pass the exam.
