I don't normally give feedback but Andrew has been so helpful. Been looking to get our LCD display replaced for almost a year, been quoted up to £1000 for replacing what other alarm companies said we needed. Came across this on eBay. Phoned Andrew and within a week we have a working display. Took a little while to set up the system. Again Andrew willing to talk us through the issues which were nothing to do with the display he fitted. So rare to find someone as helpful and sensibly priced.

Just had our LCD PCB back, all I can say is “wow”! I don’t think it has ever been as good as it now is. Andrew has done a brilliant job. So nice to actually find someone who repairs things rather than throw them away and replace.
Having had some communications with Andrew, he is an honest genuine person, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him for any alarm related work / repairs.
