My mat came in the mail folded. Its not what I was expecting when the listing was for unopened and new. The seller messaged me that there were other items included in the box shown in the listing photos and that they would be keeping them; so I expected the box to be opened, but the mat wasnt even shipped in the box (where it was originally rolled, not folded). The seller hadn't mentioned any of this in the listing.
