BUYER BEWARE: I won a grade A - Panasonic Toughbook at a good price. I received a grade B/C tough book, not the same as the photos or description. What I received had a damaged pen holder, missing screws, Windows 10 and slight cosmetic marks on the surround. The seller is dishonest, I asked for a replacement or partial refund but offered a full refund only. Because I got the item cheap, so they gave me a cheap item. Literally you get what you pay for not what is advertised!!! SCAM!

Buyer sent negative because he was after partial refund got upset when asked him to return item back for full refund buyer tried to scam seller, do not deal with this painful buyer AVOID
