Item never arrived, I paid for parcel force 48 delivery. 5 days later seller dispatched with no explanation. Used Packlink Evri instead. Item took more than a week to be collected, then was put on hold and returned to the seller. No help from Evri and the seller stopped replying to my messages. I would avoid this seller at all costs. Thanks to EBay for refunding my money and resolving the situation.

This seller is a THIEF!!!! The positive reviews he has are FAKE! I just found a website where that sells fake reviews.
I paid 255 for item. He took my money & refused to despatch. I contacted him & he claimed to have despatched it. I waited for a week. Nothing.
I contacted him again. I asked him for tracking. He said he will refund soon. I was like?! What the actual f*k?
I said why? He said it's out of stock. Something you already claimed to have despatched?
He is still refusing to refund me

I am very very pleased with my purchase. It arrived extremely well packaged and in perfect condition. Unfortunately I only have about 30% hearing remaining, but we have one of these radios at work & I can hear it perfectly. Supplied with a working remote control & I can through charge my devices.
