The item was faulty, with inner bin stuck the wrong way in and impossible to remove. The packaging was intact/new, therefore not a delivery problem. The manufacturer quality control failed to see the problem. By mistake I placed a negative feedback before contacting the seller. When contacted Juicydream acted quickly and correctly and replaced the bin with a new one showing to be a reliable business. Please amend my original feedback with a pisitive one. Thanks.

Delivered the day following the order. Quality like new apart from 2 small scratches on handle. Very easy to assemble with good instructions. Easy to fold for storage. Reasonable sized bag under seat for carrying small items. Just what was needed for my wife and has made walking more of a pleasure. Seat very useful for taking a rest. This is so much better than the old second-hand one (also a Drive Rollator) that I've hadI for the last year. The brakes are so efficient and it is easy to open and shut. Where the old one was only height-adjustable at the handlebars, this is also adjustable at the bottom. My friend's husband, a former army motor mechanic had it put together in minutes.
