Item exactly as described. Seller did a wonderful job packing the item with copious amounts of padding which I appreciate it. Only negative 1% in a 99% positive experience was the only shipping method offered was USPS Media Mail. I would have happily paid double the shipping fee to get this item in 3-4 days via USPS Priority versus the two weeks it took via Media Mail. I would encourage seller to offer Priority as an option in future listings. Thanks again for the great packing job.

I had many text conversations (very pleasant, courteous and helpful) with the seller. Unfortunately, the serger machine arrived damage and it could not have been the fault of the seller. The machine was packed with upmost care, padding and wrapping. The back left plastic housing of the machine was cracked and the photos in the eBay listing clearly show the item was not damaged. ?? rough handling during shipping. The seller refunded my money. Good communication and response.
