It was a good price however photos or description was mispresenting bag as did not mention the bag should have a strap and did not show loops. It would have been better to say strap not included.So really a bit of a disappointment as no strap was included .Only giving positive feedback as delivery was quick although postage high.

Sorry you are not happy with the item. I actually bought the bag as it was. And used the loops to secure keys - easy to find. ( multi purpose) The use of the bag is not effected as the handle straps are very much there. Also i would like to say I don't think I miss "presented" the bag as I never stated it had loops/ extra strap and then did not include. I described the item as a hand bag and not handbag/ shoulder bag. However I apologise for your disappointment.
