pictures are nice but device seems flimsy
Bought this for my wife so not been used in anger yet. Got a "return" unit to reduce the cost and bought headphones separately - which might have been a mistake as I would have swapped it if I opportunity & time. Seems to work ok, but it feels a bit plastic, some flex in the case and not to the build quality I expect from Sony - not sure it would survive if dropped when running. They need to look at their pricing if they are not going to put a quality finish on the kit.Bought this for my wife so not been used in anger yet. Disappointing & expensive too.
Disappointed in Sony - whose Walkman products set the standard in years past. Not at all intuitive to use & somehow I can't fathom how to turn it off - I just leave it & it catches up by itself, I guess (for the battery seems to last between uses). Worse, if later I barely touch the play button its switches back on & resumes playing without any prompt from me. Too clever by half. I wanted something for listening to audio books where I could set a sleep timer to 15 minutes. I got this after I learned that it had a sleep function but sadly it's only in increments of 30 minutes. I bought it second hand from someone who's daughter coudn't work out how to use it (for listening to music). That says it all ! All this at premium price (when new).Disappointed in Sony - whose Walkman products set the standard in years past. To complicated for me.
Hi i am very poor on computers so it must be me. Tried loading my C Ds and all I get his not supported. I will have to try and get somebody to help me. At this moment In time I feel like chucking it in the Bin. For me not easy the last one I had not a problem Its the product not you post excellent.
