If you're outbid then the bid is retracted, the price goes back down to where it previously was. Are you familiar with how an auction works? You place your max bid, & you won't pay anymore than that amount. I was only too happy to cancel the transaction as you had already wasted a day before letting me know your intention to not pay. Absolute timewaster!!!
