It provides hope that there really is a diet that could work. But, there is a caveat to this book. The author states that her goal is to provide a means to lose weight, not to provide good nutrition. I personally would highly recommend that "How Not to Die" and "How Not to Diet" be read in conjunction with Susan's book. It is my belief that if you are going to diet you had better eat the best nutritious and anti-inflammatory food you can and this does not include meat eggs or any dairy. Why diet her way just to get cancer or diabetes or autoimmune diseases?

This book took me a while to get I have been following the plan it actually works its a very strict plan. You will need to follow the plan I read the book and as usual I jumped to the good part at first I thought I'm not losing weight and then bam I got on the scale after two weeks of following the plan and I lost 5 pounds I feel better.
