I WOULD RATE IT AS GOOD.- THE FRONT COVER WAS BADLY CREASED AND THERE WAS A SECTION OF THE BOOK WHERE THE TOP RIGHT HAND PAGE CORNERS WERE BUCKLED AND SOME FOLDED OVER.
