The toilet seat is great, the packaging was not. There was so much parcel tape wrapped round it, it took forever to get open, even with scissors. It is a mobility aid for goodness sake, even able bodied people would have struggled to open it. Truly ridiculous.

I spend time and money putting lots of tape on to prevent the cardboard from tearing during transit or would you rather receive a torn package with contents missing
