Good communication, prompt dispatch however GPU seems to have taken damage in shipping (possibly due to it being in a slightly too big box) even though it was packed in bubblewrap, as such the IO plate is bent and the cooler heatsink has slightly bowed, cosmetic damage it seems and GPU works as it should for now
