I consider this to be a misleading ad although not explicitly. The seller mentioned in capital letters the saw was compatible with a Makita battery with no reason to refer to that other than to put the name Makita to the description. The saw was advertised for £10 over the price for a new saw of the same make. I made the mistake to think it was a Makita saw although this was not mentioned explicitly. I consider the seller not to be trustworthy although he did not explicitly do wrong.

This advert was clearly not misleading as the picture of the saw clearly states a name that is no way a MAKITA. The makita battery was only there to show that this chainsaw can also be compatible with makita batteries.
If this was a genuine makita chainsaw the starting bid would have been £150 not £20
Clearly misread advert as he has admitted and now wants to throw bad feedback at myself who has been 100% feedback for the last 21 years
